Account Managers

Account Managers are customer-centric individuals whose sole responsibility is to make sure that our customers get the highest standard of service and remain long-term partners. Account Managers are on-hand to relay information, follow up on customer needs and requests. They are available to assist with every aspect of a project to ensure a successful outcome of each project.


Estimators work with our customers to understand their needs. In today’s ever-changing world of technology, it is their responsibility to communicate the latest technology and best practices to offer value and a system to take our customers into the future. Our estimation team attends site visits and meetings to get a thorough idea of the needs of the project, prepare quotes and search for best pricing for our customers.

Project Managers

Project Managers are responsible for the overall execution of each project, including being on time and on budget. Each have worked as a technician and are committed to delivering the high standards that are expected from Electra Link.


Our technicians are the ones out there, building your network and infrastructure. Every one of our technicians is drug-tested, and receives on going education and safety training. So that you aren’t spending your time directing our crews, there is always an on-site foreman responsible for managing the technicians.


Our full-time safety managers’ responsibility is to ensure safety is priority on every jobsite and all safety procedures are being followed. It is Electra Link’s belief that safety is everyone’s responsibility.
